Due to the exclusivity bit, and the need to be away from crowd we chose to sail on the Red Dragon Cruise (though our original choices were Prince I / II / III which were already booked but thank God we chose this one) through Bai Tu Long Bay as against Ha Long Bay....and the least we can say is that their Hospitality was Impeccable. So far our best experience.
Since we wanted a very intimate experience of sailing we chose Red Dragon with only 11 of us, on-board....who kept each other entertained when all of us were not busy soaking-in the beauty.
From transfers, neatness and tidiness, hospitality, comfort, friendly staff to food....It excelled in Every Damn department.
Special mention of the food that was served on the ship was finger-licking good. In fact, two of our friends were vegetarians and the talented chef took extra care in delivering vegetarian fare, which according to our friends, was Delicious.
One piece of advice is to (blindly) book their services through their website as it might get little difficult to book a boat of your choice at the last minute....or write to them for a customized booking.
Enjoyed every bit of exploring the Caves, Kayaking and picture-perfect scenery.

We are definitely returning back soon for a Halong Bay Cruise 2 nights 3 days cruise option as against 1 night 2 days option.
P.S. - The only minus point of cruising through Ha Long Bay / Bai Tu Long Bay is the Erratic weather (especially storm) that could end up canceling your trip / cutting it short...so be prepared for it.
